Klitchko KOs Mormeck in Round 4
IBF/WBA/WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (57-3, 50 KOs) annihilated Jean-Marc Mormeck (36-5, 22 KOs), earning his 50th career knockout. Wlad knocked down Mormeck with a right hand in the second and easily controlled the bout throughout. Mormeck appeared to be on the verge of getting KO'd in Round 3. When Klitschko floored Mormeck in Round 4 the Frenchman didn't beat the count.
Round 1: A lot of holding and clinching. Wlad hooking and jabbing. Mormeck didnt land a punch. 10-9 Wlad
Round 2: Mormeck down! Klitschko dominating. 10-8 Wlad (arguably 10-7)
Round 3: Klitschko landing well, Mormeck covering up and not punching. Klitschko scored a knockdown that wasnt called because Mormeck held on to Wlad upon falling and Wald fell on top of him 10-9 Wlad

The original fight date was December 10 but the bout had to be postponed as a result of a severe kidney colic suffered by Klitschko.
Most analysts believe that the Klitschko vs Mormeck fight is a mismatch.
Mormeck, a former unified cruiserweight champion, has fought only 3 times since November 2007 and has not fought last year.
Wlad enters the bout having fought only once in 17 months (Sept 2010), winning a UD over David Haye in July 2011.
