Bellator's Michael Page is probably a better striker than Conor McGregor... And he wants to box.

Michael Page, a top welterweight contender in Bellator who is 12-0, recently signed with David Haye’s Hayemaker Ringstar promotion with the hopes of competing in a relatively high profile boxing match.
After a few tune-ups. he hopes to face Paul Daley in London. Of course, those "tune-ups" might prove to be dangerous for him because Page has never boxed before.
However, the 30 year old is a former kickboxing champion who is very tall and lean, and appears to be an awesome athlete with natural speed and crackling power.
Moreover, given his kickboxing background, he won't have to start from scratch and understands timing and angles better than the typical MMA fighter who has never boxed.
Check out the highlights below. Provided he boasts a gritty beard and works very hard, imagine if he decidated himself to boxing for the next 6 or 7 years.
“We have a deal with the local promoter over there,” Bellator president Scott Coker told The MMA Hour. “We asked (Page), ‘Do you want to kickbox or do you want to box?’ He prefers boxing. He wants to get a couple fights in to get ready for Paul.”
Should he box, the 6'3" 170 lb fighter would compete as a light heavyweight or super middleweight.
