Cotto vs Canelo prediction: Hall of Fame trainer likes Mexican
Chalk another one up for Canelo Alvarez.
Recently, legendary fight trainer Nacho Beristain chimed in on Cotto vs Canelo which will take place November 21st at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.
Beristan predicts a victory for his fellow Mexican and told ESPN Desportes Canelo's speed and ability to adapt will be the differentiators come November.

However, the Hall of Fame fight trainer insists defeating Cotto will represent a very formiddable task for young Alvarez.
"Cotto is a complete fighter, very good, motivated and eager to get a return fight with Floyd Mayweather, so he will give everything to win," Nacho told ESPN Desportes.
And while Beristain predicted a Canelo win, the mode of victory was not immediately available.
Those who predict Canelo will win do so primarily because of his youth, size and Miguel's presumed wear and tear over the years. Experts who are picking Cotto will undoubtedly point to his experience, deeper level of opposition and superior amateur pedigree.
Regardless of what the Cotto vs Canelo odds tell us, it appears the Mexican is the clear favorite among boxing experts and insiders.
