Khloe Kardashian: "Boxing keeps me entertained and you just shed weight''

Khloe Kardashian insists boxing played a major role in her weight loss. Having shed an estimated 20-25 lbs, the 28 year old reality star has been looking like a lean mean fighting machine lately.

"Well I love to box,' Khloe told OK! magazine.

"I've always boxed. I just love it. I'm good at it. I get the circuit really well."

"Boxing keeps me entertained and you just shed weight.''


Will she be able to keep the weight off?

Answer: Yes, as long as she continues to box and follows a relatively healthy diet. But she must stay consistent and make them part of her normal routine - especially as her metabolism starts to slow (between the ages of 30-35).

Two years ago, Khloe lamented over criticism she received over her "healthy" figure during an episode of her reality show Khloe & Lamar.

"I'm so tired of pretending that I'm happy with my weight, just to be a good role model, when I'm so f****** disgusting," she sobbed to her husband, Lamar Odom of the NBA's Los Angeles Lakers.

Khloe told US Weekly Magazine afterwards she had difficulty dealing with the weight-related pokes and jibes.


"Little digs aren't a big deal but when you pile all of that into two weeks, you get down on yourself."


Khloe Kardashian, now a US size 6/8 (UK Size 10/12), has been showcasing her new, slimmed-down physique lately in a series of eye-catching, skintight outfits and credits her lean appearance to her passion for her new favorite pastime - Boxing.

She also does Pilates twice a week.
