Floyd Mayweather vs Manny Pacquiao... Will it happen? "I think it will happen, I believe that," fight legend Manny Pacquiao told Ringside earlier this week.

"If this doesn't happen now I don't think it will, so now is the time."

As Mayweather vs Pacquiao negotiations continue, PacMan is confident the big fight win happen.

"If you ask me what the percentage is, it's 80-20 [that it will happen]. I think he's got pressure. He's got no alibi - blood testing is no longer a problem, Bob Arum the promoter is no longer a problem, now there are no more problems."

Although the WBO welterweight champion and most fans remain hopeful the big fight will happen, on Saturday HBO's Jim Lampley told a popular boxing media personality Mayweather is fighting Cotto instead.

"Cotto is going to fight Mayweather on May 2," stated the future Hall of Fame commentator to ESNEWS following the bout between Brandon Rios and Mike Alvarado in. "But the fight is not made yet."

But many fans are protesting such that match-up and insist they will boycott Mayweather vs Cotto 2 should it come to fruition.

"The fans are pressuring him," stated Pacquiao.

"I tell them we have agreed everything, the rules and regulations are not a problem. And if you want it higher, I am happy with that. I will take 40 [percent] to 60. I'm OK with that - for the sake of the fans. We are just waiting for you to sign the contract."
