Mayweather vs Pacquiao 2015.... Are we finally close?
Since missing the highly anticipated Super Bowl announcement, which never seemed to genuinely exist, fight fans everywhere have been searching the entire world wide web for a positive sign or indication that the most lucrative match-up in boxing history was still going to happen in 2015.

Earlier today, Top Rank CEO Bob Arum reported to the Associated Press that two more issues in the ongoing negotations were resolved, ostensibly inching Mayweather/Pacquiao closer to the projected finish line.

"We had four issues and we resolved two," stated the Hall of Fame fight promoter. "Now we're working on resolving the other two. Unless something else comes up a the last minute...that's what my take is."

According the current promoter of the Filipino Congressman, HBO and Showtime have agreed to how they would broadcast the Mayweather/Pacquiao super fight, leaving only two remaining issues to be resolved before the final deal can be signed by both fighters.

Arum stated the rival cable giants have reached terms on an announcing team and other undisclosed details for the projected high dollar, PPV broadcast.

The 83 year old boxing promoter refused to list the two lingering issues, stating he didn't want to compromise the ongoing talks, as the negotiation process was reaching a critical position.

"There's a lot of devil in the details, and that's what we're sorting out now," claims Bob Arum. "The remaining issues are obviously important to the participants, and are things we still have to work out."

Despite being classified as a "negotiation" between the two future Hall of Fame fighters, Arum previously stated through various media sources that Mayweather's representatives have dictated most of the terms of the event, with Team Pacquiao conceding to every stipulation and demand.

"We've agreed to everything just to make this fight happen," stated the Top Rank CEO. "The purse split, the venue, the date...everything. There's no excuse not to make this fight happen."
